Procedure in case of service

Your Einhell device or Power X-Change battery, which you have registered via our warranty extension, is moody and causes problems? Our service will assisti you in operning your service request centrally or through our authorized service partner. We will take care to process your request quickly and professionally.

How it works - your tasks

  1. Check if your Einhell product is still covered by warranty. If you have registered your product you can do this by logging into your Einhell account and downloading the appropriate certificate for your Einhell device or Power X-Change battery. Simply look under the warranty extension menu item. Alternatively, you can find the warranty certificate in the confirmation email we sent you after registration. The certificate shows the maximum warranty period. (36 months from purchase date). If you have not registered your product you need to check the warranty validity based on your purchase document. Warranty starts on date of purchase.
  2. With your warranty certificate and the purchase document you can choose between:
    - bring your product by the retailer where you purchased it and they will take care to send it to us for service
    - bring your product by one of our authorized service partner
    - call our customer care we will assist you with the best service solution
  3. Enclose the completed warranty certificate with the box and pack everything properly. Pay attention to the packaging guidelines of our partner iSC GmbH. Transport damage will be charged to the sender.
  4. Contact us and we take care of your problem!

Further processing - our performance

As soon as your delivery reaches us, a technical inspection will decide whether your device or battery will be repaired or replaced by an equivalent product. Our staff will process your service case as quickly as possible, so that you will soon be able to carry out projects again with your Einhell product.
